Booked on line site unseen. When we pulled in the outside looked nice and well kept. They had everything ready, early for my check-in. When we walked in the room my wife and I both got an uneasy feeling. We turned back the bedding to reveal stains on the blanket and sheets. As I continued to carry our luggage in, my wife continued to look around the room. There were bugs stuck to the paint on the wall near the headboard!!! After finding that we decided to leave being in the room a total of maybe 10 minutes. I went to the front desk and spoke with the woman who had just checked us in. I told her we didn't want to stay after all. She informed me they had a 24 hour cancellation policy and I would still be charged for the room. Then, she asked me why, and I told her because the room was not clean. She became very upset and started to yell at me. I politely told her I wasn't going to argue, and wasn't asking her to refund my money. Definitely NOT worth the $76.16 I had to pay for one night!!!!
The owner was the rudest person that i have ever dealt with in my life,her dog kept yapping the whole time we had to deal with this old woman,i am surprized the hotel gets any business at all.I would not recommend this hotel to my worst enemy.Don't expect any kind of respectable treatment or hospitality from this hotel.I got such rude treatment, for no reason I went to another hotel.the outside was nice and dont know what the rooms were like..never got past the rude questioning and rude attitude of the owner.Could not imagine what it would have been like had I got the room.....Dont waste your money staying here if you expect to get respect.there are 3 other hotels in the area,that will respect you and value your business unlike this rude and very disrespectful owner. It sucks that I had to give 1 star in order to post.It did not even deserve 1
It was a clean place , just everything is worn out. The beds you could feel every spring yes spring in the bed. Sheets were see thru , worn out. The light above the sink was fluttering so bad I felt like I was putting my make up on under a strobe light. They did come an try to fix it but no luck. The bathroom light was falling out of the ceiling . Carpets worn an stained. I couldn't have slept more than 1 night on that mattress
Clean, nice lady at the office, adequate beds, directv, slooooow internet but certainly the place to stay in this neck of the woods...
Cute little place. The rooms were a bit dated, but it was still a good place to stay the night.
