First visit the salesman did not even know the parts or how to find them in his own store. No. He was not new, merely stupid. Second visit he gave us a damaged part! We did not look at part until we got home and went to install it because we never dreamed they would sell us a damaged part so we ended up driving an extra hour to return this damaged part. No discount was even offered to us although it was their fault! They said they did not care we were upset and just shrugged when we told them they lost our business. If they care so little about thir customers then why should we choose to spend thousands with them every year?!
A little expensive but they have a lot of used equipment to choose from
First I called to place an order for a Kioti tractor part; claimed all went well and it was ordered. Went by there in about three weeks and they had no idea about my part ordered. They told me to get the part number and call them back and they would reorder; guess what, would not even take my call. Had the lady who answers the phone give me the run around. The men were rude and I will call the Kioti dealer ship and let them know how they could care less if they sold a part or tractor!
