If you are looking for a quick, cheap burger (with emphasis on cheap), this is the only place in Glenwood for it. The quality and service is definitely hit or miss. Be sure and check your order before leaving the drive-thru window. I've gotten home a few times and discovered my order was wrong or someone else's order entirely. They have always made it right when I complained, however.
Food is just like any other McDonald's. Staff and their attitude could be much better sometimes. And how fast they work on getting your food done could be very better. But food is good.
Excellent Tea & Breakfast however the workers are not very friendly at all. & RARELY get your order right the first time. & You're lucky if you dont find some foreign thing in your food... bugs, hair, etc... Not very clean. & They are infested with FLIES.
Lots of flies in the dining room one day on an inside visit this last summer. For that, I'm giving it 2 stars.
The best thing I can say about this McDonald's is the convenience of location and they are open. The service is horrible standing there watching almost every order before mine come out wrong and then mine also coming out wrong. Maybe management and training need to be reevaluated
